Purchase Conditions

Payment Methods

1) We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheque, and money orders in Australian dollars. Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to Exton Enterprises. Payment by direct funds transfer into our bank account can be arranged by special request.

2) All personal credit card information is transmitted using the latest 128 bit (or higher) SSL encryption.

3) When an order is placed on our secure server no charge is made to the customers credit card account. Charges to the customers account is only made when the order is ready for processing and dispatch.


Returns Policy

1) Our general policy is that we do not accept returns should you change your mind. While we do strive to ensure that our products are properly represented on our website and are of excellent quality we do realise that sometimes the customer might be dissatisfied for some reason and we will discuss this with the customer on a case by case basis to resolve the matter.

2) Products that are faulty due to materials and/or workmanship can be returned for a refund or exchange. The customer must contact us by email before returning any goods.

3) Clothing such as T-shirts and Thermal Underwear can be exchanged in cases where the size ordered does not fit the customer. The goods to be exchanged must be returned in a saleable condition in undamaged packaging otherwise an exchange will not be given.


Shipping and Taxes

1) Orders to addresses within Australia will be sent by Australia Post Ordinary Mail. Where a quicker delivery is required by request of the customer then shipping by Express Post can be arrange with any additional cost to the customers account.

2) Orders to destinations outside Australia will be sent by Australia Post First Class Airmail. Generally shipping time is 7 to 10 days from the time of dispatch of the goods, however this can vary due to a number of reasons outside our control (e.g. a delivery may be delayed by Customs in the country of destination). This service is not trackable.  Where a faster delivery service is required then orders can be sent by Express Courier International with the additional cost to be charged to the customer. This service is trackable.

3) An estimate of shipping charges will be shown in the shopping cart the when delivery address is filled in and is calculated on the basis of shipping items individually. When multiple items are ordered that can be shipped in the one package the shipping cost might be lower and in such cases the shipping cost will be adjusted downwards by us before your order is processed.

4) Any duties or taxes levied on your order by the country of destination is the responsibility of the receiver of the goods.
